How can I centre a paragraph on a text page?

I am trying to find a way to centre a paragraph or a block on my about page (text page)? Do I need add some kind of CSS codes? Thank you.

You can use spacing blocks to centre your paragraph. We have created a tutorial about this. I hope this helps!
