"Service Temporary Unavailable" Problem

Hi PortfolioBox team,

I recently encountered two errors when trying to access my portfolio site - specifically "503 Service Temporary unavailable" and "Your connection is not private", is there any way to solve this issue? Please advise. Many thanks!

Hi. I am also having an issue with the ".io" site.

My Portfoliobox site "" takes me to "503 Service Temporarily Unavailable. I tried using "" but it takes me to a site for "Seth Treadaway" even though I have the registered to my account. The site that should show is "Seth Design".

We have encountered a small issue with .io domains; however, it is now fixed and everything should be working fine now. Please clear the cache of your browser and check your site again. 

@Seth, as for the domain -, it is registered to a different email. The only account registered to your email is

@Ringo, we will have to add it manually on your account that's why it is not working when you tried it. However, everything is fixed now so your old domain should be working again.
