A page description is a text area that appears statically on the page and can be used for example as an introduction to a gallery or link page. Note that description is not available for all templates — Cover, Text or Section pages, for example, don't include a description.
To add a page description to a page you are currently viewing:
- Click on Edit this Page. The B and C panels will display.
- Under the Text section, you can click to start writing or click the Three Dots Icon [ ⋮ ] in the top right corner of the text editor to add more content blocks. After adding your content, don't forget to click outside the text editor until you see a blue border around it. This indicates your content has been saved properly.
- Click on Display Settings in order to edit the position of the description on the page.
- In the dropdown list Text Position, choose the position of the description. Note that depending on the template of the page, you will have different choices: Top, Bottom & None or Pre styled & None.
